The factory for knitted fabrics is located in the city of Tashkent. The production capacity for knitting a huckaback linen; is more than 300 tons per month. Fabrics are made on the equipment of leading and international companies.
The main fabrics manufactured in factory:
- Stockinette structure (Suprema)
- Ribbing (rib knit fabric; or elastic fabric)
- Mollettone (two-threaded and three-threaded)
- Kashkorse
- Twill or quilt fabric
- Interlock
- Velour
We also produce blended fabrics with the addition of high-tech materials (polyester, lycra, nylon) which satisfy the most demanding customers.
Quality Control Department operates in the company, which includes three stages of quality control:
I stage – fabric testing in the course of production
II stage – the investigating of finished products for the detection of visual defects
III stage – the examination of fabric samples in the laboratory. Fabrics are tested for color fastness, shrinkage, resistance to friction, strength, the matching of the color and steeping.
All above mentioned functions are fulfilled on up-to-date knitting equipment. All production equipment is regularly serviced and is under constant supervision of qualified specialists.
